Hash brown Casserole

•2 pounds hash browns
•2/3 cup chopped onions, sautéed
•1 can mushroom soup
•2 cups sour cream
•1 cup grated cheddar
•1 cup crumbs – cornflake or soda crackers

Mix everything but crumbs and put in casserole dish. Top with crumbs and bake at 350F until golden on top.
