Lizbeth’s Cream Corn Custard

Lizbeth MacPhedran

•2 cans cream corn
•2 eggs
•¾ cup grated cheddar
•3 tablespoons bread crumbs
•Salt and pepper

Mix first three ingredients and put in casserole dish. Mix last two and sprinkle on top. Bake uncovered for ½ hour at 350F or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. (~35min)
