• 250g strong white flour
• 1 teaspoon sea salt
• 1 teaspoon easy-blend dried yeast
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 125mL warm water
Whisk together flour, salt and yeast. Gradually work in 125mL warm water and the oil to make a soft dough. Knead on a lightly floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place dough in an oiled bowl and cover with saran wrap. Let rise for 45 minutes or until doubled in size.
Knead gently. Divide into 6 and roll each into an oval about the size of a pita bread.
Fry for 1-2 minutes on each side. Serve warm with dip.
