Chicken Cheddar Broccoli Bake

- 4 boneless chicken breasts

- 1 cup broccoli

- 3/4 cup of grated cheese (any kind you like)

- 1 egg

- 2 cups seasoned bread crumbs (or shake’n’bake, croutons, cornflakes, etc.)

Pound out chicken breasts. In a bowl, mix cheese and broccoli. In a flat sauce pan, whisk your egg. Put your seasonings on a plate. Put a couple spoonfuls of broccoli cheese mix on top of each chicken breast in the middle like you would stuff a taco. Roll the chicken like a taco and carefully roll in egg and then bread crumbs. Freeze for 1 1/2 – 2 hours. Take out and bake at 400F for about 40minutes.
