Pancakes
Ingredients
· 2 cups flour
· 3 tablespoons baking powder
· 1 tablespoon sugar
· 2 eggs
· 1 ½ cups milk
· 2 tablespoons oil or melted butter
Mix flour, baking powder and sugar together with a whisk. Add eggs, milk and oil/butter and whisk together until smooth. Fry in a lightly greased frying pan.
Whole Wheat Pancakes
Ingredients
· 1 ¼ cups whole wheat flour
· 2 1/3 teaspoons baking powder
· ¼ teaspoon salt
· 1 egg
· 1 ¼ cup skim milk
Whisk together dry ingredients and then whisk in wet ingredients. Fry in a lightly oiled frying pan.
