Ingredients
• 2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 egg or two egg yokes
• ½ cup water
• ½ cup cold mashed potatoes
• 1 tablespoon melted fat
Mix dry ingredients and make a well in the center. Add wet ingredients and knead on a floured board until smooth. Divide into two parts and let stand 10 minutes.
